ECW is an open practice pottery studio situated in central Edinburgh. ECW is dedicated to providing learning opportunities and workshop space for emerging potters and ceramics artists working creatively with clay. We share our resources and studio space to give you the benefits of your own studio whilst in a superby equipped collaborative space. ECW is not for beginners or for professional potters. If you are looking for beginners or Intermediate classes then please contact our teaching  school. 

We are fully resourced with electric kilns; a variety of high quality wheels and hand building tables; slab rollers, pug mills, spray booth; clay extruder, and tools. We also have  design studio desks and business office space available.

Please not we are not suitable for fully pro potters but we will help ypu get there if that's your aim.
